Diana Nazareth is a lifestyle family and child photographer, who also specializes in maternity, baby, and headshot photography. Her modern approach to photographing families is evident in the natural, warm, and expressive quality of her work. A photojournalist by training, she is adept at capturing the quick and candid moments that unfold during a family photo session. As a result, her sessions are often described as real, relaxed, fun, and creative. Her ability to make kids feel comfortable and playful in front of her lens, is rooted in her calm and nurturing disposition and the experience that comes from raising two young and active boys of her own.
What inspired you to become a photographer?
When I was in high school my mom ran a home daycare service, and with permission from the parents, I began to photograph the kids she took care of for my high school photography class. I loved those little kiddos, they taught me so much about photography.
How would you characterize your style?
Warm, fun, modern, real.
Who are your clients and what should they expect?
Families, expecting women and their partners, creative entrepreneurs in need of headshots, engaged couples. My style is very candid, so clients can expect their photo session to be enjoyable, and memorable.
Anything else to share?
I’m a mom-on-a-mission to two spykids, ages 7-10; a city girl, a sister, an avid reader, a wine-drinker, a great friend, an occasional slacker (old films and popcorn all the way!), and an active blogger. Come stop by and say hi at www.diananazareth.com/blog.
