Jaime Coyle is a Toronto photographer specializing in maternity, newborn and family portraiture.

What inspired you to become a photographer?

My husband and I had the opportunity to move to Argentina for a winter and I spent all of my time there photographing the sites and my experiences. I haven’t stopped shooting since.

How would you characterize your style?

My style is easy, warm and contemporary.

Who are your clients and what should they expect?

I try very hard to talk to my clients and get to know them prior to the shoot so that I can capture their personalities and not just the smiles. I ask a lot of questions and have a tendency to get silly during sessions. It’s in my nature to make people laugh.

Anything else to share?

I am so lucky to have fallen into this career. It is a special thing to be able to create long lasting memories for people.
