While everyone knows the benefits of eating lots of vegetables, sometimes you just want something crunchy and salty to snack on. That’s why we’re teaming up with Popchips and health and wellness expert Teresa Albert for a great – and healthy – giveaway.
Unlike most chips, Popchips aren’t baked or fried. Instead, they’re made by taking potatoes and adding a little bit of heat and pressure. Like popcorn, they pop into something crunchy and tasty. Because they use popping, they’re flavourful (unlike baked chips), but they still contain less than half the fat of fried chips. If you need some convincing, Popchips are Teresa Albert’s go-to snack whenever she has a carb craving. “The potatoes are hot-air popped and not baked or fried,” Teresa says. “They are deliciously low in calories and high in flavour. Coming in all of the traditional chip flavours and satisfying 100 calorie single serving sizes makes them a fantastic ‘I’m peckish but I don’t want to ruin my dinner’ snack.”
