What to do in Toronto With Kids This Week: March 22

It’s springtime in the city and there’s a lot to see and do in Toronto. Canadian Music Week  runs from March 21 to the 25 and the Ontario Science Centre has a lot going on to pay tribute. Throw in some Easter traditions, maple syrup, children’s opera and motorcycles and you have an amazing lineup this week. There’s a lot to see and do in this city, so no need to fret over what to do in Toronto with kids this week!

JUNOS Live Music Labs at the Ontario Science Centre

It’s Canadian Music Week so take advantage of some great programs that the Science Centre has to offer. Learn about the science behind writing a song, the work behind writing a song and how musical sounds are mixed together, plus much more. The labs will be hosted by Much Music’s Lauren Toyota and Liz Trinnear and artists involved include Chantal Kreviazuk, Raine Maida, Kardinal Offishall and Down With Webster. For the younger crowd, enjoy performances by The Bee’s Knees and the Monkey bunch!

AMA Supercross Series at the Rogers Centre

Take in the king of extreme sports as the Monster Energy AMA Supercross comes to the Rogers Centre! Current Supercross champion Ryan Villopoto will defend his title along with giving a great show of off-road motorcycle racing.

Easter Traditions at Colborne Lodge

Maple Syrup Festival at BradleyMuseum

The Shoestring Magic Flute at the Solar Stage Theatre
