Toronto Gyms with Childcare: Generate Fitness

Fitting in a workout is hard enough before you had kids, now there’s a whole other person to coordinate. At least one! We collected up a list of all the Toronto gyms with childcare, so you can work up a sweat when you want.

Striation 6

This gym has all the toys of a regular gym, including personal training, indoor cycling, yoga, and martial arts. Childminding doesn’t require pre-booking, and starts at $6 an hour per child, but the price goes down if you buy multiple passes ahead of time. Their childminding centre is open Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 12:00pm and 5:30pm – 7:30pm, as well as Saturdays from 8:00am – 1:00pm.

Generate Fitness

The breadth of classes here is pretty impressive: tabata, yoga, pilates reformer, circuits, and more. Not only that, but their indoor bikes and ellipticals actually generate energy that helps run the whole place. Generate, indeed! Call the studio to find out about their mom & baby classes and childminding.

  1. You missed BOMB Fitness on the Danforth. They are amazing and it’s only $40 for a 20 visit pass. I’ve been bringing my kids there for years and they LOVE it! My oldest is now in the Fit Kids after school program. It’s also nice that they have a bunch of different daytime classes that have child care. My favourites are Get Strong and TRX. Love the other moms (and dads) there too.
