Three Great Skate Parks

Got a little boarder (or wannabe) in the house? Take them out to skate park so they can grab some big air (or maybe just watch the big kids).

Ashbridges Bay Skatepark

Grab your board and head to this popular skatepark. The park is challenging enough for experienced riders, while offering beginners a safe place to learn.
1561 Lake Shore Blvd E, Toronto

Vanderhoof Skatepark

Known to locals as “the hoof” this park has one of the best large, concrete bowls in Ontario. Perfect for beginners and experienced boarders.
135 Vanderhoof Ave., located in Leonard Linton Park, south of Eglinton Ave E., east of Brentcliff Rd, Toronto, (416) 492-9086

East York Skatepark

Located in Stan Wadlow Park, boarders will find a large bowl and a street area.
888 Cosburn Ave, East York, Toronto

Jen Farr

In my “previous life” I was a mental health professional…in my current life I’m a stay-at-home mom with 2 beautifully adventurous kids. I share everything that lands on my kitchen counter over on my blog, Kitchen Counter Chronicles. Swing by and learn how we are greening their lives; what we are crafting; what we are cooking and what we are reading. While you will often find the girls and I inside the kitchen, you will also find us out and about getting our hands dirty, exploring and learning outdoors.
