Go Tobogganing

Can’t think of a better way to thrill and exhaust the kids than sending them down a neighbourhood slope and watching them race back up again! Dress warmly and consider a helmet.
Head to the Waterfront for Ice Breakers

Ice Breakers 2018, the annual winter public art display runs until February 25, with five installations located on Queens Quay West between York Street and Spadina Avenue. A giant red bear reclining in the snow, a cosy cabin made from tree roots and a jingling wind chime constellation are just some of the installations that you can have interact with this winter.
TO Light Festival at the Distillery District

The Toronto Light Festival is a visual journey from the dark to the light. Winter is long this year, so bring the kids out to this positive, magical urban world for whimsical wander!
